Who is Dividario?
Dividario is an education business for private individuals. It explains how investments, costs, risks and checks work, so that people can judge an option for themselves. It is not a financial adviser, it doesn't manage money and it sells no financial products. What it offers is teaching, one to one and in published lessons.
What do we believe?
We believe the person whose money it is should make the decision, and should be able to explain it in plain words. Good decisions come from understanding the investment, its costs and its risks, and from checking who would hold the money. Teaching that is more useful than telling anyone what to buy.
- You decide. We explain and check your understanding; the decision is yours.
- Understand it or leave it. If a risk can't be explained in plain words, it isn't understood well enough to take.
- Check before you pay. Every firm and every offer, however familiar the name.
- Write it down. A decision with its reasons recorded can be reviewed calmly later.
- Use AI to learn, not to pick. An assistant can explain and check; it shouldn't choose.
How do we teach?
We teach from the learner's questions outwards. Tutoring is one to one and starts from what you need to decide. The lessons on this site run in three tracks, in order, and each ends with a tool you can use. We use worked examples with round numbers, label them as illustrations, and say where the limits are.
We avoid jargon, or explain it the first time it appears. We don't deal in tips, signals, predictions or charts of past returns, because none of them teaches you to decide. When a question needs a regulated adviser, a lawyer or a tax specialist, we say so.
More on how lessons run is on investing tutoring and AI tutoring.
How do we write and check our lessons?
Every lesson is checked against primary sources, such as official guidance and the kinds of documents it describes, before it is published. Pages are reviewed at least every 12 months, and sooner when the rules they describe change. Mistakes are corrected openly, and nobody pays us to write anything.
Sources and accuracy
We rely on primary sources: regulators' and governments' own publications, official guidance and the documents a lesson explains. We don't rely on marketing material or other websites' summaries, and we leave out any figure we can't trace. Worked examples are labelled as illustrations.
Reviews and updates
Each page is read again for accuracy, clarity and balance before it goes live, including a check that risks are described plainly and not played down. We review every page at least every 12 months, and record a review date only when a proper review has taken place.
Corrections
If you think we've got something wrong, email us with the page address and what you think is wrong. We check every report against the original source. If a mistake could have affected a decision, we correct it and add a short note saying what changed and when.
Our email address is consulting@dividario.com.
Independence
Nobody pays us to write anything. We publish no sponsored content, adverts or affiliate links, and our lessons never name a product, firm or AI tool for you to choose.
How do we use AI in our own work?
We may use AI tools to help research, draft and check our lessons, in the same way we teach learners to use them: to explain, summarise and test, never as a source of facts. A person checks and edits every page before it is published, and every figure and rule is confirmed in a primary source.
- AI tools never decide what a lesson says; a person does.
- No figure, rule or quotation is published on an AI tool's word alone.
- We don't put learners' personal information into AI tools.
- We don't name or favour any AI product in our lessons.
Is this website accessible?
We aim for this website to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA: readable contrast, keyboard access, clear headings and pages that still work when zoomed in. We write in short sentences and explain financial terms. If something doesn't work for you, tell us and we'll look at how to fix it or give you the content another way.
Please include the page address, what you were trying to do, and the device, browser and any assistive technology you use.
Our email address is consulting@dividario.com.
How can you check us?
Start with the things you can test. Our emails come only from this website's own domain. We never ask anyone for money to invest, passwords or codes, and our limits are written on this site. The trust page lists the checks, and you can ask us anything it doesn't answer.
