Review history
Version 2.0, in force from 3 November 2026: rewritten for Dividario's tutoring, lessons and teaching on AI tools. Adds how tutoring is agreed and how to treat AI answers and prompts, and removes links to other websites.
Version 1.0, in force from 23 October 2026: first published.
We review these terms at least once a year and whenever our services change.
Who we are
In these terms, 'we', 'us' and 'our' mean the company that operates Dividario, and 'you' means anyone who uses the website.
Dividario is an investing education platform. We teach people to make investment decisions themselves, through one-to-one tutoring, lessons and the safe use of AI tools. We never take, hold or manage anyone's money, take commissions, tell anyone what to buy or sell, or promise returns.
What is this website, and what isn't it?
This website gives general information about our tutoring, and general lessons on topics such as risk, fees, checking a firm and using AI tools. It doesn't take account of your personal circumstances. It is not investment, tax or legal advice, it doesn't tell you to choose any product, firm or AI tool, and it is not an offer to provide services.
- General information only: our pages explain ideas and ways of working, not what you personally should do.
- Not an offer: nothing on the website is an offer to provide services, or an offer or invitation to buy or sell any investment, in any country.
- Not a substitute for advice: before acting on anything you read here, consider taking advice from a suitably qualified professional who knows your situation.
Our important information page explains the limits of our content and the risks of investing.
When does tutoring start?
Tutoring starts only when you and Dividario have agreed it in writing, including what the lessons cover and the fee. Reading this website, emailing us or taking part in the introductory consultation doesn't create a tutoring agreement or any duty to advise you. Once agreed, the written tutoring terms govern the lessons.
If the tutoring terms conflict with these terms, the tutoring terms apply.
Tutoring is education. A tutor explains how things work and checks your understanding. It is not personal investment advice, and every decision stays yours.
Do we give investment, tax or legal advice?
No. Dividario is not a regulated investment adviser. We don't give personal investment, tax or legal advice, and we don't sell or name specific financial products, investments, firms or AI tools for you to choose. We teach people to make their own decisions, and nobody but our learners pays us.
Because we take no commissions or referral fees, we have no reason to steer you towards any product or firm. Where a decision needs regulated, tax or legal advice, take it from a firm or professional authorised to give it.
How should you treat AI answers and prompts from our lessons?
Prompts and AI routines in our lessons are teaching material. The answers an AI tool gives you come from that tool, not from us, and they can be out of date, incomplete or wrong. Check anything that matters in the original document or official source, and never treat an AI answer as advice.
You are responsible for the AI tools you choose to use and for what you enter into them. Never enter passwords, account numbers or copies of ID.
Do we promise any results?
No. We don't promise any investment return or any particular result from our lessons or tutoring. Investing always carries risk: the value of an investment can fall as well as rise, and you may get back less than you put in. Examples and figures on the website are illustrations, not forecasts. See the risks of investing.
Accuracy and updates
We take care to keep our pages accurate and up to date, but rules, markets and practices change, and a page may not yet reflect a recent change. Check anything important against the original source before you act on it. How we write and check our lessons explains our process.

Acceptable use
You may use the website to learn about Dividario and our tutoring, and to read our lessons for your own use. You must not:
- use the website for anything unlawful, fraudulent or harmful;
- try to gain unauthorised access to the website, its servers or its data, or interfere with how it works;
- introduce viruses or other harmful code;
- copy or harvest content in bulk by automated means, other than normal indexing by search engines, without our written permission;
- pretend to be Dividario, or suggest you are connected with us when you are not.
We may block access to the website if we reasonably believe these terms have been broken.
Intellectual property
We, or our licensors, own the copyright and other rights in the website and its content, including text, graphics, logos and design. You may view, print and share pages for your own use, as long as you don't change them and you credit Dividario. You may also copy the prompts in our lessons for your own research. Any other use, including republishing our content, needs our written permission.
Other websites
This website doesn't link to other websites. We don't control websites, profiles or messages elsewhere that mention or link to us, and we aren't responsible for them. Anyone claiming a connection with Dividario should be checked first: see how to tell whether a message is really from us.
Our liability to you
We provide the website 'as is', for general information. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any loss arising from using or relying on the website, including the lessons and prompts on it. That includes investment losses, lost earnings, and loss caused by the website being unavailable or by viruses we could not reasonably prevent.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by law, such as liability for fraud. If you use the website as a consumer, nothing in these terms takes away rights the law gives you that cannot be waived.
Our responsibilities for tutoring, including any limit on our liability, are set out in the written tutoring terms, not in these terms.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms, for example when the law or our services change. Each version has a number and the date it took effect, shown under the heading, and the review history at the top of this page says what changed. The version on this page applies each time you use the website.
If you need an earlier version, ask us by email and we'll send it to you.
Which law applies?
These terms are governed by the law of the country where Dividario is registered, and the courts of that country have jurisdiction over any dispute about them. If you use the website as a consumer and live in another country, you also keep any protection that the mandatory laws of your country give you.
