How do I contact Dividario?
Contact Dividario by email, at the address below. Our replies come from an address at the same domain as this website. If there's a deadline, such as an offer you've been told to accept by a certain date, put the date in the subject line so we can read your message in the right order.

Opens your email app. Nothing is sent through this website, and you can change everything before you send it. Please don't include passwords, account numbers or copies of ID.
What should you include in your first email?
A few lines are enough: what you'd like to learn, how much investing experience you have (none is fine), any offer or firm you'd like to go through in a lesson, and any deadline. Please don't attach documents yet. If tutoring goes ahead, we'll agree a safe way to share anything a lesson needs.
- What you'd like to learn: the basics, a decision in front of you, checking a firm or offer, or using AI tools for research.
- Your starting point, in a sentence: for example, never invested, have an account you don't fully understand, or already using AI tools.
- If there's an offer you want to understand: the name of the firm or person and how they contacted you, for example by email, social media or a dating app.
- Any deadline, such as a date you've been told to pay by.
What shouldn't you send by email?
Please don't send passwords, banking logins, one-time codes, card details, full account numbers or copies of ID. We never need them, for tutoring or for anything else. A short description is enough for a first message, and what you share later is always your choice.
How do I make a complaint about Dividario?
To complain about Dividario, send us an email with 'Complaint' as the subject. Explain what happened, how you'd like us to put it right, and any dates or details that will help us look into it. We'll investigate properly and give you a written answer, sent from an address at this website's domain.
How do I know an email really comes from Dividario?
Every email we send comes from an address at this website's own domain, and none will ask you to send money to invest, share a password or code, or give anyone remote access. A message using our name that asks for any of those is fake: don't reply or click anything. Write to us at the address on this page.
